- NNNaomiMay 2, 20265.0An essential and lovely post office situated in Frodsham town, we are so very lucky to have them here, and the gentleman that works there every day, mostly solo is doing an amazing job and should be recognised for his work. All essential information can be seen clearly throughout the post office, nothing is left for you to worry about what can and can’t be done or when at this post office. Fantastic service . We are truly lucky to have such a friendly and helpful post office in our town

When I pointed out it had just taken him ages to the woman’s parcel ahead of me (which was local) he then said he didn’t have to do anything and it was my fault for not reading the sign. Apparently he can pick and choose what he wants to do - it’s a Post Office and you post things!!!!!

I was actually looking to get some change for the business I work for, which like many businesses, seem to be treated with absolute contempt by the banks that so say serve them. That's on the assumption, you can find a branch that's actually still open! In contrast, the gentleman who served me in the Frodsham Post Office was absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Which makes a change from your average branch of HSBC where most of the time I'm in apprehension of a game of thrones style shaming for having the audacity to ask for some change or bank some cash! You could see that the staff had a real relationship and genuinely knew a lot of their customers and it was so refreshing to see somewhere that had that old fashioned community feel and more importantly customer service. To the gentleman who served me, a big thank you.
