- CGchris griffithsJan 13, 20261.0I've always regarded this post office as my nemisis!! Rarely a positive experience, always a lengthy queue. I've been refused car tax because I've printed my own insurance off, from a bloody online company (mustn't have been impressed by my paper quality)..... Nantwich main post office, no problem! Parcels too large for Evri return's, even though Evri delivered and M&S arranged return's!!.... Took it to an Evri parcel shop, no problem. Wouldn't accept a small parcel that I knew had a sympathy card in it and a gift, but had to confirm from my wife that it wasn't an IED or the like!! I generally use Reasedale or the after hour's service, no wonder the post office are on their arse. I concur with the other reviews regarding the lady that causes the majority of the issue's.
- HRhana rigovaDec 10, 20252.0Customer service at the post office is terrible. Every time I needed to do something there, I had a bad experience. Sorting out documents or parcels…. Not very helpful at all and I always left disappointed. Otherwise, the employees at the counter in the store are wonderful. Always smiling , polite, very friendly…. Very lovely customer service. I just try to avoid the back post office and go somewhere else instead if I can.
