Take care with opening hours, as they are incorrect and they now do a lunch break between 1pm-2pm. They say they’ve updated this but it’s not updated on google or RM

Most of the staff here are great, never had issues. However, my partner went to post 4 items for us on the 8th of July, the person working at the time somehow missed one of them off the receipt - we've not noticed this until the tracking hadn't been updated for a few days. When today (12th July) we went back to sort this, the another member of staff found it very odd that the 3 parcels that were on the receipt were meant for different destinations and should have had different receipts (another error on top). Unfortunately, this 4th parcel was meant for someone from Ebay who is now asking where their parcel is and it may result in me having a negative feedback on Ebay which will affect my ability to sell things in future. As the parcel was missed off the receipt, we have no recourse for getting a refund from Royal Mail or scope for having any negative feedback removed on Ebay. Even if we do manage to claw the funds back somehow (not likely given RMs insurance process) I would strongly not recommend coming here because while many of the staff are great, one of them clearly doesn't know how to do their job and you may lose anything you post with no hope of getting a refund. I will be submitting a complaint directly to RM but likely won't do anything.
Edit: The person who dropped the ball works on Thursdays (we sent the items on a Thursday) and Fridays. There's only ever one member of staff in. Tried to let her own up to it without accusing her by explaining what had happened and the trouble we were having to go through to resolve it... but she had a face like a smacked ar*se, denied everything throughout (despite it being on one of her working days where she was the only person in...) and tried to blame her colleagues. No apology whatsoever. Awful!
