The worst post office I have ever seen. If I could I would give 0 stars and -5 to Christine which is the most unprofessional person on this planet. Rude. Avoid and go to northgate street post office instead.

Wouldn’t recommend using this post office. I went to pick up a parcel and gave them my first and last name, but they couldn’t find it. The post office is in the basement, so they had no internet, meaning I couldn’t check whether the parcel was under a different name.
I went outside to get signal, checked the details, and confirmed the name was exact. When I came back, they said they had found the parcel, but claimed the address I mentioned before didn’t match the one on the parcel.
They then asked for my ID. I asked if a photo ID was okay, and the guy at the desk said yes, but the lady behind him said that photo IDs could be changed with AI, basically implying that I shouldn’t be trusted, which was honestly a very strange thing to say.
After that, I showed my ID, which had the same name as the parcel, but they insisted I needed an ID with the same address as the parcel, even though the name matched. I eventually gave up, and once I said I don’t live in the UK, they suddenly just asked for the pickup code and barcode instead.
Overall, one of the strangest experiences I’ve had trying to collect a parcel, especially considering the package was only worth £5 from Vinted.

Diabolical for a city centre PO. Website says open until 5.30pm on a Saturday, so I went to town with a bag or parcels to post. Got to the PO for 12.30pm. There were chairs shoved across the entrance, and a member of staff behind the counter saying they were closed. Update your website to avoid messing your customers around. You're either open or you're not!
