Good experience at Altrincham Post Office. Callum was extremely helpful and answered all my queries, going the extra mile to help with suggestions.

This post office is an absolute joke. It is massively understaffed no matter what time of day you go the queue stretches 10+ metres, often to the back of the room. What makes it worse is that there's 3 empty kiosks sat there that are never manned, yet there's only ever 1 or 2 staff working at any one time. Clearly if you know you're a busy branch 24/7 you would hire more staff to deal with the demand!!!! Would give 0 star if I could!
