I went in today to take some parcels a lady shouted at me from behind the desk We are not taking evri parcels today as they haven't picked any up since last Wednesday..how is that my fault ? I could of travelled far to get there lucky I didn't. But the two women are sarcastic i find it strange.

Sharp tongued, sarcastic, less help than a chocolate fireguard most of the time. The line is always huge and they will sigh at you when you have alot to do there. The lad is great though. Looking at all the similar reviews on here I find it perplexing how they still have a job after so many years of being miserable and unhelpful.
