- DADaisy AridagSep 24, 20255.0Such a lovely local Post Office! Sarah and Wendy are always very welcoming and happy to help every time I visit. Couldn’t recommend enough. They are doing a great job 😊.
- ENEdward NuttSep 20, 20251.0Absolutely disgusting service at Potton Post Office. Staff member mocked my name due to a minor autofill error on a parcel label, laughing aloud while I was simply trying to collect my delivery politely. I was already having a difficult day and this sort of unprofessional and disrespectful treatment was uncalled for. I left feeling humiliated. If only they could've shut their bloody mouths and minded their own manners...maybe they would've earned a higher rating... Overall, avoid this branch if you expect basic courtesy.
- PBPhoebe barrattJan 3, 20242.0I have used this post office on numerous occasions and all has gone smoothly. But this morning I went with a question as I was confused on how to send a parcel and thought they would be kind and help me work it out. But i was completely wrong, the woman who served me was horrible, she was very rude to me and snatched my phone out of my hand when i was showing her what i was confused with, which completely shocked me. I will never be returning here as the customer service was utterly disgusting.
