I was greeted with a disinterested look, and as if I had asked them the theory of quantum physics. I was pointed away to where they sold packs of envelopes, however I only wanted one. The envelopes that are sold singularly were just too big and unnecessary for my request. I was left confused as all I wanted was a single paper envelope. My clear confusion was met with apathy for the customer, and my request, as they clearly did not want to move from their seats. Very rude and unhelpful. Poor customer service.
