- ATAdam TompkinsDec 24, 20241.0Was sending an international parcel at this post office. I was shocked at the level of customer service. The attitude of member of staff operating was dreadful. Was on the phone chatting the whole time, not concentrating on his job and was rude and talking abruptly. Wanted me to sign the shipping slip without a pen and when I asked for a pen, he threw it across the counter at me. Avoid this post office at all costs.

I was greeted with "it's lunchtime love, Post Office closed" I explained that I'd come out for that reason only but although the shop was otherwise empty and it was just one small parcel he just kept repeating "we have to close, it's the rules! So rude and absolutely no customer consideration. Very short sighted for a small business. I certainly won't be back.
