However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the scheduling of lunch breaks. While I fully understand and respect the need for staff to take their allotted break, the lunch hours appear to change frequently. This lack of consistency makes it difficult for customers to plan their visits and often results in unnecessary inconvenience. A clearly defined and reliably maintained lunch break schedule would greatly improve the overall customer experience.

I could hear talking in the background so I know someone was there. I kept trying to attract attention by shouting down the phone still nobody answered so I hung up and tried again but of course line was busy. what a disgusting way to treat the public. Not acceptable.
