- CMCarl MedlinDec 20, 20211.0Very disappointed with the rude service of the staff here. I'd received an email from Parcelforce telling me to drop it there. When I arrived, he told me they don't do these Parcelforce deliveries and basically to "go away". When I showed him the email I received, he told me it was entirely my problem, he doesn't care and I should ring Parcelforce and sort it out. It doesn't take a lot to be polite, and frankly it's their business that Parcelforce are saying takes the package. Just unnecessarily rude and discourteous people - I'd recommend using a difference option if it's available to you.
