HOWEVER, between the Post Office and Evri, three parcels I have ordered over the past six months have gone missing. The latest parcel is particularly frustrating. Evri emailed me to confirm that it had arrived at Biggleswade on the Friday, but by the following Monday it had apparently been sent back, even though the store had been closed. I asked the member of staff serving me how I could have the parcel sent back to the Post Office. Unfortunately, all he could do was look at me and say, “I don’t know.” Clearly, more training is needed for some members of staff so they know how to deal with situations like this and provide customers with the correct information. After this experience, I will not be using this service again.
