- SKSophia K2 days ago1.0Mouthy post mistress. Refused to serve me to pay in charity donations when she said she would take cash and not coins. I told her it was all cash. Ego hurt, she kicked me out and said no one is to serve me. Had a really bad attitude and was on a power trip thinking the whole queue want to hear her voice. The other cashier spoke with a normal voice but she was extra loud in an attention seeking way. Very unprofessional. I worked as a bank cashier in the 90s. We would take business coins weigh them and pay in whatever it came up to. Full up half bags until the limit. My request was absolutely reasonable. I have £40 in coins. Stratton way is a much better experience, never had an issue there.

They were extremely helpful on the digital application filled in forms on a iPad took the photo checked all details. Explained everything step and reasons why asking. There's no extra cost for the photo, sending it off the postage cost , it has tracking so nothing is left to chance. We were completely satisfied and would highly recommend this service to anyone having to renew who wants no hassle

Absolutely disgusted by her behaviour Reply to response: 1-I didn’t ask you to open or tamper with any parcel but only to kindly touch them to feel if my car keys were inside 2- YOU kept insisting that you could not locate the parcel as they already left the premises, which is absurd as I only dropped parcel a couple of minutes before returning 3- YOU could clearly see I was in distress and YOU kept telling me to wait for Royal Mail/Evri to get back to me if they’d find any keys; now, you tell me, how is that reasonable????? I was only asking to touch the parcel I dropped off a couple of minutes before. NOT ONCE I asked to open them

The passport office asked for a birth certificate so make sure you take one just in case! But couldn’t fault the post office or Caitlin. Would use again and recommend 👍
