When I asked a question about returning a parcel I just got a pathetic shake of the head. I asked what that meant because I’m not a mind reader . It was like pulling teeth.

Not helpful when I asked a question, she just shrugged her shoulders at me. I mean service to clients absolutely 0. She looks around 50 years old, short, brunette with a bang. Shocked by her attitude. Employers should really think about replacing her!
