One person working at a time, causing long queues. They need a break and lunch, the post office closes and this is not communicated to customers. Have some respect for people and hire more staff. Stop overworking people and forcing people to waste time.

All the ladies at the post office have always been incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. I have experienced negative attitudes in other POs which I won’t name so I always try to use this PO whenever possible.
