- NCNerv CrowtherApr 28, 20221.0Absolutely disgusting place. Used my nhs card there to get some bits and not only was the women rude but she stole my money. I've phoned NHS card and thy accepted my payment but when I went down there she was totally racist and said no I haven't got it. why on earth they still open! They should not have this shop. Not only do they make their own rules they rip everyone off?!!!!!
- MTMichael ToveyAug 5, 20211.0They make up the rules as they go along on how many parcels they will take off you so they can get back to serving other customers waiting for their shop side and you are made to feel as an inconvenience should you take more than 2 small parcels to be posted and then they moan at you if you go at a busy time, oh and when that are short staffed the close the post office and tell you it’s offline but the next town over is working. Poor service

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
