States open until 6pm and 3 times in one week i turned up just after 5.30 to post items and collect package everytime it was closed the fourth time at 5.40 I turned up and the lady closing thre doors said " boss said to close up sorry " unbelievable. My package was sent back as I couldn't collect!!! Not on so many can't go until after 5.30 due to work etc.he needs to stick to correct times very unfair. Bad management

- MFMike ForumMar 4, 20221.0I've never found the Postmaster to be friendly or even personable in this store. But each to their own... However, last time I visited he was very unhelpful, rude, and totally unprofessional. I won't be going back, and would rather travel further than be subjected to that again. I also agree with another reviewer RE trying to push the more expensive options. I always prepare my parcels before I take them and know what service I want. I've found that no matter who serves me they always try to push the more expensive options. Sometimes they offer two or three options, none of which are the standard delivery. I can only imagine that folks less used to what options are available would not even realise there is a standard/cheaper alternative and so will pay for a more expensive one unwittingly. Never had this in any other PO and I visit many different ones. I will be writing to the PO to share my experience.
