Worst post office I have ever seen. Always not happy, not polite and not helpful.

Normally the service is incredible but today I wanted a recorded delivery on my DLA letter was informed without a postcode it can't be done. That's fair enough. I decided to take picture of my letter going in the post box for my own record. Was told AFTERWARDS 'It's Illegal to take pictures in the Post Office' I'm 100% sure it's not criminal offence to take pictures of my hand and my letter. I think whoever is in charge needs to educate the staff. I can be asked to not do it or to leave but it's not illegal.
