- RDRebecca DaviesApr 1, 20245.0Never had any issues here. Yes sometimes it's busy and you have to wait a few more minutes but that's life. The post office counter is an extra on top of the shop and I understand that when they may be short staffed they'll have to go between shop queue and post office queue. Understand if there is no shop.... they'll be no post office counter. Staff always polite.

Only had one issue when the lady tried to open a package (I’d already sealed) to make it smaller, despite me saying ‘it’s ok, I’ll pay the extra’ as it was going 1st Class Signed For anyway.
