Never open in their advertised hours. Mix of quality of customer service. Made it really difficult for me to collect a parcel that i had QR code for which stated no ID needed they refused i had to go back three times to collect this parcel - they then said they never had it and hours later they marked it as collected. Absolute terrible service causing issues for companies and customers
