I have sent a box to France from the Hampton Court post office (0-14 Hampton Ct, Westwood, Peterborough PE3 7JA), I wrote a clear address, name, and phone number of a receiver in France. ( But my friend in france did not get it. I hae paid for track and insurance too. It's been one month and I have not received that box. There are books that cost £100 inside the box. The staff of the post office entered the wrong details which I found on the receipt. Here is the receipt, barcode number and photo of my parcel box. I am too worried of this case. I need my box to my address.

It’s always closed. Staff are oblivious to the fact that they are causing inconvenience to members of the public who take time to visit the post office. The owners of the spar shop clearly don’t care about the post office service, their focus is on maximising the revenue from the shop and the post office is just a side hustle for them.
