Amazingly helpful post office - I was not looking forward to the moment I posted my Christmas parcels to family and friends as I am away from them this year. The man behind the PO counter was immediately helpful and took his time to help me choose which methods and prices. He made it a great experience and I wanted to thank him again for his service, support, knowledge and great personality FIVE 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 thank you 😊

This is by far the worst place to send your parcels. They are not helpful in any way. You are forced to buy even the smallest item, like cellotape, before they accept your post. Even if you agree to pay, they still impose a minimum £3 transaction before processing anything.
The staff are rude, arrogant and completely unprofessional. Their attitude is appalling and disrespectful. Royal Mail should shut this branch down and move it to a location where staff actually understand customer service. These people have no clue how to run a post office.
I strongly warn people to avoid this place at all costs. Use any other location instead. Coming here is nothing but a waste of time and money.
