Two post office counters free, staff member sat at each counter, no indication of who was serving, went to one, but as I got to the counter, she got up, turned her back and stood talking to another colleague. Rude! Other counter, staff was as miserable as sin, no smoke, hello - nothing! Not even a please or thank you. Obviously not happy in their jobs. Don’t be in a customer facing role if you don’t like people!
