Travelled 20 minutes to collect my Western Union transfer, only to be told the staff were not able to process it and that I should come back tomorrow. Unfortunately, Wednesday is the only day I can come, so this means waiting another week.
Very poor service, I’m really disappointed. If staff are not properly trained to handle Western Union transfers, this service should not be listed as available.

Very efficient practice.
Our dog must love it because he walks in of his own accord when we pass by.

The people serving here are LOVELY. But what’s the point of having 2 service points but only ever having one open? You can get stuck here waiting for 30 mins plus when it could be halfed but just opening the other til. And the opening times change all the time! It’s a shame when the staff are so nice
