During my visit to the post office, I observed a significant disparity in the way I was treated compared to local customers. This discriminatory behaviour made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
Discrimination has no place in customer service. Every customer deserves equal respect. Hope the management addresses this issue for a more inclusive environment.

Very good service here. Efficient helpful staff offering full PO services including passports and photo service. Useful stationary supplies and great range of greetings cards. Local convenient parking. I travel from north side of Cambridge to come here as service so good. (better than my local PO!)
