Bring back two people at the counter! It’s too much work for just one person. Also they need to have a lunch break but many people go to the post office during their break so shutting at 1-1.30 has an impact!

Could not get postcode to work for tracking reference trying to phone was a complete joke I'm not even sure that any of the incompetence staff no how to answer the phone but on reflection I can understand why evri use this run down establishment as they work in the same manner as the evri couriers

Walked up to the counter and the lady just put the our of service sign up as I walked up. refused to be of any help or tell me the next nearest location.

I went to collect an Evri parcel and it took 10 minutes and a lot of disgruntled huffing and puffing from the staff to find it. I had to insist they keep looking as I knew it had been delivered.
Also they refused to accept an Evri package on the basis this it was too large… I had walked it all the way there and it had been approved by Vinted/Evri as suitable for a drop off there.
