The person who served me at the post office is great; he was very friendly and efficient, and I was amazed at the speed at which my parcel was taken. Thank you for the very positive experience!

While I was waiting in line, a customer in front of me was quite rude to the lady staff member who was trying to help her. It was disappointing to see someone treat them that way, especially when the staff here are always professional and welcoming with smile. I’ve been here several times and have consistently had a good experience.
I just want to say that the team at this post office deserves appreciation for the way they handle rude and disrespectful customers and continue to provide friendly service, even in difficult situations. Thank you for your great work.

The most miserable man in the world works here- the kind of person who takes delight in finding a reason not to serve you or to make things as difficult as possible or you. Guaranteed overpriced snacks and a really difficult experience using the post office counter. Good luck to you!
Update: the reply to my original post proves my point about the customer service you can expect here. The post office service had long had a policy of staying open late including on Sundays, so I simply was surprised when he abruptly refused to serve me (despite sitting in the post office counter, not the shop counter)- I wasn’t randomly demanding he open up with no basis! But he simply rudely told me they had changed their policy but in an unnecessarily dismissive way, that I should take my business elsewhere - which I certainly will be in the future.

Extremely helpful in refunding a nor-used postal order. It was a "computer says no" moment, but the supervisor said he'll sort it out and gave me the money back! So grateful.
