Very disappointing visit. The queue was extremely long, yet only one of the three staff members serving at the till while the others were not assisting. Service felt slow and poorly managed. I was also concerned to see an elderly lady not treated with much kindness or support-more patience and respect would have made a big difference. Overall not a great experience.

Sadly, the lady who was present in the post office today was behaving really rudely.
It would be worth if there are signages in the shop saying about the timings of the counters. They have two, you stay in the line to the one and then only, after certain time they tell you, you should have gone to the second one (the other side of the shop). The cashier in the first cash point was very kind, he apologied for the inconvenience. The other lady started to almost shout around that I should have come there in the first place.
If there were clear signs, that would be easier. Her attitude was very ignorant, unkind and unwelcoming.
Other times when I visited this place, everyone has been absolutely lovely and helpful.

This is not the closest post office to where I live, but its the best with really friendly, knowledgeable staff always ready with a smile when I visit, a large free car park and withbthe addition of a PO counter that is open until 9pm its a real winner
