- JOJohn Ones2 days ago1.0Missed out on a very important package. Was told by staff they’re not trained to hand over packages in a post office. Avoid using this post office if you actually want to use a post office
- LELinda EdenAug 11, 20261.0This is such an awful post office. They close whenever they feel like it; yesterday. Monday, they closed randomly at 1.30. Today I'm in a queue of 10 people, 3 people have abandoned after 15 minutes. Recommend the post office on Longsands Road if you're mobile. Much better service

I've been here quite a few times over the past year or so and the amount of times they were randomly closed or couldn't do certain things is not acceptable. I am not one to leave bad reviews but I think I've given it enough time now and it's not just a bad couple of weeks they had. There's constantly something, which is a shame as the people seem alright when they're actually serving you.

The postoffice counter is closed, the label scanner is broken or there is another reason why you cannot pick up or send parcels. I'd try and avoid it if you can and use another service.
