Opening hrs seem to be very vague (visited twice on different days to find “position closed” and the there is a long list of all the “normal” post office counter services that can’t be done. Not fit for purpose I’m afraid and can’t be relied on.
Moved all my business to Eaton Socon post office where the service is excellent

I visited the post office on the 08/4/26 mrng and the staff member on duty did not know how to process a domestic delivery. She mentioned that she had not been trained to send a letter, which was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had difficulty here—things never seem to go smoothly. I hope proper training can be provided so customers can receive efficient service in the future.

Awful service, don't use it as a parcel collection point, it's pot luck if the person there is trained to process collections. Twice in 1 week they have failed to have a trained staff member. I imagine it's an intense 6 week course to learn how to scan a barcode, look at ID and hand over the package. AVOID!
