She has advised right forms and her knowledge is great for tracking, or sending a parcel that you want to secure and safe. She is always plesant, very professional and calm when there can be irrate customers in the queue. She is a credit to your work force!
- SASarah ASep 16, 20262.0Dropped off an Amazon return, retailer never received return. Turns out they never sent it out. Still tracked at this post office. Luckily got a refund from Amazon. They were also rude.
- SCS CSep 11, 20262.0Not a good experience. Service rude and confrontational for no reason. Pre paid parcel return was not received by retailer. Parcel either lost, but also never got a receipt for return so had no proof of £100+ return.
- EEEmmaJul 10, 20261.0I just come into this post office 9:15am.. to collect a D1 form... the amount of personal questions from this rude woman was unreal, I asked polite may I have this form and it's why? Why this? Who is it for? None of your business!! And secondly she is constantly talking in her own language whilst just being rude to when serving people. A staff member who also spoke the same language kept butting in whilst she was serving customers so ignoring customers but talking in her language to the nisa local staff. What an experience, I won't be returning here, what a joke! Sort your post office staff out.
