Nearly every day at some point they close the counter and hang up a hand written poster that the postal computer is not working, or rebooting or insufficient staff to keep the counter open. All local residents are getting fed up with the excuses used to keep closing this counter down for 1 hour or two at different times of the day. Today I went in to be told the till is down and needs to reboot which will take 45 mins to one hour and to come back. I explained this is always happening, she explained that she has requested for engineers to attend but they never come because the job gets cancelled and the problems they are experiencing remain, if this is the case. I dont belive this. Can anyone please investigate why this post office has so many issues?
