- ACAndrea CorradoJul 3, 20261.0Read the reviews, couldn't actually believe it to be true. I came in at 7am with my baby because I just needed to buy a single first class stamp. The Post Office counter says it opens at 7am, and that’s what the official Post Office website says too. The lady behind the counter was chatting away to another customer and completely ignored me. When I finally asked for a stamp, she just said, “You’ll have to wait until 8am.” I explained that I only needed one stamp to send a letter, but she still refused to serve me. No explanation, no apology, nothing. I’ve never had such poor service over something so simple. If you’re not serving customers until 8am, don’t advertise that you’re open from 7am. I’ll be raising this with the Post Office directly.
- LPLouis P.Jun 19, 20261.0Terrible customer service! The Lady member of staff serving at the Post Office counter inside Morrisons on June 19th at approximately 11:05 AM. My experience with her was extremely disappointing. I approached the counter to ask three simple questions and make a purchase but unfortunately, she interrupted me before I could finish each one and answered me in a very rude and dismissive manner. When I asked if she actually wanted to serve me (I was the only one there) and (as she seemed so reluctant), she immediately escalated the situation and refused to serve me altogether, accusing me of having an "attitude." Furthermore, I could clearly see that she was more interested in a personal conversation. She was standing at the counter talking to a young girl about her personal life, directing her attention to someone on the other side of the counter on Morrisons side rather than focusing on her work. I apologize if I disturbed that conversation, but her primary duty is to serve customers, not to gossip. Looking at other reviews for this branch, I can see this is not an isolated incident, and she appears to be "famously" known for this poor attitude. This needs to be addressed.
