- MMMerrin MathewApr 18, 20261.0The management team at the Bretton branch—specifically Luke and the older lady behind the counter—consistently refuse standard services and display an appalling attitude. They frequently make up their own rules to suit themselves, including refusing to accept neatly packed, prepaid packages because they "couldn't be bothered." I’ve also been falsely told they don't handle vehicle taxing, despite it being listed as a service online. Today, I was even rudely told "not to come to this store." Between the constant refusal of services and the unscheduled closures, this branch is failing its customers.
- DHDrew HansfordApr 16, 20265.0Frustratingly, the online service to renew my Drivers License didn’t work, and unhelpfully the government website spat out an error that I could only renew my license in a post office. I read the reviews on here, and thought this place was going to be a combination of a Little Britain sketch (Computer says no) and buying a car in the Soviet Union. This was the nearest PO that actually worked around my working hours and did DVLA services, therefore I took a chance. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. The queue was being dealt with efficiently, and Sonny (who was working at the counter) couldn’t have been more helpful. I appreciate others may have had bad experiences, but honestly my experience couldn’t have been any better and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this Post Office again based on my visit yesterday.
