She comes across as rude, impatient, and constantly on the verge of shouting at customers. Instead of providing friendly customer service, she makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience for simply collecting a parcel. After three similar experiences, it’s clear this isn’t a one-off bad day but a recurring issue. Customer service should be welcoming and respectful. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the way customers are spoken to has a big impact on their experience.
