Whatever you do, avoid getting parcels sent here at all costs. How can they be so lazy and selfish as to close at 1pm on a Saturday??? This place should come with a warning on apps like Vinted: "DO NOT GET ITEMS DELIVERED HERE WHATEVER YOU DO!!!" Even if you have to pay an extra £5 for postage to someone with basic common sense, I suppose it's worth it. If I could blacklist this place to Vinted I would. Not that any of their jobsworthy employees would care, of course. I can see from the shared sentiment of these reviews and the lack of replies that I'm screaming into the void, but if I can warn someone against getting messed around by a combination of laziness and pointless bureaucracy, it's arguably worth it.

The post office is never open & when it is the staff are too busy chatting. I get the’re emergencies but is far too often. One stop, do better.

Good luck figuring out the post office opening/closing times. I have tried several times in different days and its always different so you never know until you get there.
I think its not that difficult to have a consistent schedule so everyone knows when its open or close.

This used to be a great little shop but they seem to change the times that the post office is open on a daily basis.. On friday i checked with them that they would be open on the sunday afternoon as i had an urgent letter that needed to be sent over the weekend.. went in sunday and they had decided to close for the day.. no apology or anything.. this happens far to often for it to be relied on.

Visited the post office in the morning to ask what time they shut. I was told 6pm. Arrived just after 3pm and was told that the post office was shut and that no one from the one stop shop know how to operate the post office. When asked to speak to the manager I was told they weren’t in today. Not even apology from the staff for misleading information.
