My parcel was received on Thursday 4th and sent back the very next day, Friday 5th. As I work the same hours as the post office, I wasn’t able to collect it before Saturday morning, even though I had been given until the 10th to pick it up. The staff complained about the size of the package and lack of space, but the order was only for a small shelf (40 x 26 cm) with brackets. I am shocked that a post office, whose core business is to handle parcels, would operate in this way and treat customers like this. I definitely regret and miss the old post office.
