Posted a letter this morning and the lady snatched the letter from me, served other customers whilst serving me an literally threw the receipts across the Perspex barrier which were left dangling across the top for me to collect. I wonder if the owners/staff should consider a different occupation as they are clearly deeply unhappy in this position and have no clue what customer service looks like? I’ll be so pleased when they finish building the new post office on the Weald so that I can go there instead!

The recipient then claimed a refund due to the product being completely shattered despite being securely packaged! Appalling service. Will not go here again!
