A lovely lady who works there helped us send the documents for my son’s passport, and honestly, we were completely lost before she helped us. She guided us through the whole process, explained everything clearly, and was extremely patient from start to finish. We have never been treated so well in a Post Office before. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you so much for the outstanding service. Highly recommended!
- AAAdedotun AdeniranApr 17, 20261.0Very unhelpful woman, I don't understand how a post office no longer prints labels for packages, makes no sense (maybe she was lying, I don't know). That aside i asked if I could leave my package at the shop so I could print the labels my self and she straight up said "no I have got to many parcels" l looked down and saw only 4 packages on the floor🤔. Besides that I was only trying to leave my package there so I dont have to carry it everywhere. I dont know if she was trying to chase me away. Judging by her expression she looked pissed, her attitude screams unprofessional.

Went to drop a parcel off after 9am on Thursday 20th Jan 2022, the store is shut, all lights are on, 5 customers are outside waiting in the freezing cold. No note on the door, the sign flashes "Open". There is no need to be so disrespectful to your customers. Whoever took over the premises think twice how you run your business. Also, you are running a Post office, so must adhere to the rules.
