I had an excellent experience at this Post Office. A lovely lady who works there helped us send the documents for my son’s passport, and honestly, we were completely lost before she helped us.
She guided us through the whole process, explained everything clearly, and was extremely patient from start to finish. We have never been treated so well in a Post Office before. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier.
Thank you so much for the outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Very unhelpful woman, I don't understand how a post office no longer prints labels for packages, makes no sense (maybe she was lying, I don't know). That aside i asked if I could leave my package at the shop so I could print the labels my self and she straight up said "no I have got to many parcels" l looked down and saw only 4 packages on the floor🤔.
Besides that I was only trying to leave my package there so I dont have to carry it everywhere. I dont know if she was trying to chase me away.
Judging by her expression she looked pissed, her attitude screams unprofessional.

For some unknown reason it’s reported as closed here on google. I’ve submitted a request to update as it is in fact open on Thursdays. It was frustrating seeing this as I nearly didn’t call in. But I checked the Post Office website and said it was open. Thankfully it was!! Hopefully this update helps someone else out. I did note that there was a lady working on the counter. She was friendly and helpful. I have been in the past and she’s seemed brisk, but we all can have a bad day right?

I avoid at all costs. Woman behind the counter is the most unhelpful person ever. It’s almost like she hates you personally. Like you are an inconvenience making her work. I actually send someone else down there now to use the service as she is astonishingly bad at her job she makes me angry. Three signed for letters; two never got to the recipient. This was after I considered I should maybe change it to a different service, (she would offer no advice) when I tried to change my mind she told me she wasn’t going to change it, cancel it or give me them back as “they were property of Royal Mail now”. Infuriating woman.
