Trying to change my DL. Been to 3 other post offices who all had issues with the tablets not one said I couldn’t do it because of change of name & address. Got to Sawston praying that the tablet would work. The bald man was so rude and patronising, spoke to me and my husband like we were dirt on the bottom of his shoe. Said he couldn’t do it because of change of circumstances. I called Histon who I had I visited earlier today and asked them again if I was able to do it. They said absolutely yes but their tablet was still not working! Clearly the man in Sawston just didn’t want to do his job! If you work in customer service learn how to speak to people. If I spoke to someone like that in my job I’d be unemployed!! Never again will I step foot in this post office!!!

Fantastic staff at this branch. They went above and beyond when assisting my family with renewing our passports. The process was so quick and easy! Special thanks to Danny, who was extremely helpful and assisted every step of the way so patiently.
