When I arrived to collect my parcel the man at the counter asked which day the parcel had arrived, then directed me to a sack of parcels on the shopfloor. I dug through the bag and found my parcel, presented it to the man, he asked for my name, scanned it out and that was it. No check of the collection email or ID etc. What’s to stop someone coming in off the street, grabbing a random parcel from the sack and claiming it’s theirs? If the only check is the name then the person can simply read it from the label on the parcel. I’ll definitely avoid using this location again.

They refused to seal and post my items unless I bought an envelope from them, and they charged me £1 to print a prepaid label that is supposed to be printed for free. Unprofessional and sneaky. Their cashier is going to charge you for anything else as long as they feel like you won't notice.
