- ABAdi BursillFeb 14, 20241.0I went to take an Amazon return parcel (as this post office was on the list of Amazon collection/delivery) but upon arrival I was told they couldn't take the parcel as Amazing as sent the wrong bags and they don't take Amazon parcels now, so I asked why they were on the approved list if they contestant to fulfill the service? And that also I had just had a wasted journey taking it to them, this didn't seem to bother him at all! I suggested he call Amazon and rectify the issue or remove the post office from Amazon's list, his rep!y was I haven't got the time to waste on doingg it! But he seemed happy for my wasted journey,half hour time and fuel!! My advice is do not use this post office as the customer service is non existent and if I was able to I would give NO stars instead of 1 but the system does not allow this, spend your money disagreeing people who deserve your business
