I come here and drive rather than a local post office to me in Cambridge as there is rarely any que, when there is it's quick because the staff are so friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing is ever too much trouble . I also find it relaxing in there due to the smell I'm not sure if it's incense but it's lovely!

I wanted to send a 12 kg parcel using DPD, which should have cost around £13.95-£14 for next-day delivery according to another Post Office's system. However, I was told that my parcel was too large for DPD and that I had to use Parcelforce for £25. After speaking to a friend who works at another Post Office and confirming the DPD price, I asked if the postage could be changed from Parcelforce to DPD. My request was refused, the Parcelforce transaction was cancelled, and my parcel was returned to me. I then visited Cambridge City Post Office with the same parcel. They processed it through DPD without any issues for £13.95 and provided a receipt. I'm left wondering why I was quoted £25 at Grafton for the same parcel and service when another Post Office was able to process it correctly. I have receipts and supporting evidence from both transactions. The experience cost me over an hour of extra time, although I was ultimately able to save about £11 by using another branch. I hope staff receive further training so customers receive accurate information and consistent service. The man who works there doesn't know anything about the postal services.. Honestly.

The place is tiny, with packages piled everywhere, making it feel very disorganized. The staff were rude and unhelpful, especially one lady who was honestly horrible to deal with. Really unpleasant experience both times. Sorry, but this place seriously needs better customer service.
