- SSStephen SSep 7, 20261.0This post office refuses to accept Amazon returns if their bag of returns waiting to be collected is already full. I could understand this for large parcels, but mine was a small A5 size jiffy bag that would easily have fit in. If they are going to be so unhelpful and inflexible then I suggest they put a notice on the door when they are not accepting returns, to avoid customers having to wait in the long queue to be served. Amazon returns have become much more of a hassle since Amazon stopped using Evri, where it was possible to drop parcels off at many more locations other than post offices. I have reported this matter to Amazon.

I come here and drive rather than a local post office to me in Cambridge as there is rarely any que, when there is it's quick because the staff are so friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing is ever too much trouble . I also find it relaxing in there due to the smell I'm not sure if it's incense but it's lovely!
