- IFIan FrancisOct 1, 20251.0Just been overcharged postage by being charged a parcel price (£3.90) for a large letter (£1.55). I didn’t notice the price until I got a receipt so I challenged it. Owner said it didn’t fit through the letter template so I asked to try myself, he wouldn’t let me, instead he was just lining up the envelope to slot so I pulled the letter the other side. Once the owner had stopped deliberately pulling the letter back it went through with no force required. Owner deliberately tried to make it look like the letter didn’t go through thereby charging a higher postage rate. All my postage will be done elsewhere from now on.
