The female screws her face, speaks in a harsh tone. I gave her my tracking number, she was about to say nothing was there before she asked for my name. And didn’t want to check the boxes. Kept saying nothing is there without wanting to look. Then she eventually looked and saw the package. When she handed it to me, I said thank you. She just turned her head and looked outside. Its as if she was annoyed to be assisting me. The man also speaks harshly. They should be close down. I will not be going back there. Really horrible service.

But I tried to return a parcel today and after a wait got to the front and the lady didn’t even say a word to me she just looked at me and my parcel and said to leave. I asked why and she said they don’t take DHL and obviously I said that’s okay, but asked if she knows where else would take it and once again with no response other than a dirty look she told me to leave. Absolute pisstake I don’t expect premium treatment but I do expect to be treated like a human being. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Woman apart from being miserable! Was unhelpful, said the information wouldn’t come up! Wouldn’t look for parcel with the details as I believe becouse I didn’t pick up on the day they received my item, she couldn’t be bothered to look! I asked for someone else! Equally as unhelpful! So I left with no parcel that I have paid for!
