I've yet to find anything this Post Office can actually do. Every time I've been in there they say "we can't do that here". Tried to drop off a Royal Mail returns parcel today and they claimed they couldn't do it because "they didn't have the app".
I have checked the Royal Mails website and it clearly states this Post Office provides the "Parcelshop" service and should have taken the parcel. So this is evidently a staff training or management issue.

Lovely little Post Office located inside Morrisons Daily. Despite past reviews I’ve never once had an issue, the staff are always friendly, polite and efficient

Staff are incredibly rude, never say good morning, thank you, please or provide any help. When I politely mentioned it, the lady behind the counter said “if you don’t like it you could go to Lavendon or Newport Pagnell”. Charming!!
