They told me and everyone else coming in that the system was down but after questioning the guy behind the counter his lies unfolded. Wish I read these reviews before. Didn't realise it was so bad. You don't expect this at a post office. This was Saturday afternoon 1 hour before closing. Said I have to wait till Monday. Disgraceful
