1 star for customer service. This man threatened me and i genuinely felt like his anger was going physically assault me as his face was shaking with rage. All I was trying to do was send a parcel out. He said he "Just didn't like me." Where did customer support and being friendly go?

Just called into swanbourne post office on way past from work as there road sign said they did tea, coffee and snacks.
Great local shop so friendly and helpful
The guy said he made a good coffee he was right even asked if I wanted an extra shot :) the pastries were lovely with the coffee.
