- MEMark EmsworthApr 10, 20265.0Absolutely no complaints about the service.... just really about finding the place. It's a fully-fledged Post Office albeit at the back of a general shop. I don't live around here anymore and even when I did, I'd never come to Netherfield. I think the last time I was here was in 1982 when my Grandad lived on this estate. I was ten. It was quite nice then. I asked a passer-by about the location of said Post-Office only to be told that I was standing outside. I was advised to come here for a DVLA form that I needed. No queue, and the chap behind the counter was extremely helpful!

Still arrived 11.45 and was told if I could “read” the sign and I proceeded to say well yes, and there’s still 3 minutes until 12. Out of spite, I believe they were “out of bags” for my return and to come on Monday. I sorted it out in less than 10 minutes elsewhere, so my day is just fine. But here’s 1 star review for your poor customer service and rudeness. The whole shop needs to be reviewed and looked into to be honest.
