- MTMarianne TanOct 1, 20205.0Great service and you are always greeted with a smile. The ladies are very friendly and make it a point to remember you as a regular. I use the post office a lot for work and after trying a few post offices in Milton Keynes, I have to say, they are the best!

I was told when I complained about standing with a heavy box for ages that 'I could always go to central mk po instead' . I go to Bradville now. No queue, always polite and respectful. Heelands post office wouldn't know good customer service if it smacked them in the face and they're too arrogant to change.
