  Fabulous service received today whilst renewing my passport ,thank you so much . Highly recommend this team for their courtesy, professionalism and patience. Can totally see why this Post Office is so busy.

  I visited a couple of months ago for a passport photo and was immediately impressed by the gentleman wearing glasses at the front desk - professional, informative, and genuinely friendly. I had no idea about the passport renewal process, but he walked me through everything with patience and care. Good customer service is a dying art, so when you experience it, it really stands out. Most people only leave reviews after a bad experience, but I felt compelled to share this one. I went back again today to send a large parcel - a birthday gift for a dear friend - and was delighted to see the same member of staff. Once again, he gave me clear, helpful advice and made the whole process effortless. I actually passed three or four other post offices on the way just to come to this one, because I knew exactly the level of service I'd receive. A genuine credit to the branch. Thank you for going above and beyond on both visits - keep up the brilliant work!

  Been using this post office since the very beginning of my business journey and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. The owner always goes above and beyond to help, no matter how busy it gets. Friendly, reliable, and genuinely cares about the customers. I drop parcels here regularly and the service is always smooth, professional, and welcoming. It’s rare to find people who consistently put this much effort into helping others. Really appreciate all the support over the years. 5 stars all day.

  I can’t recommend Bletchley Post Office highly enough. The owners are genuinely some of the most helpful people you’ll come across—nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Whether it’s a simple drop-off or something more complicated, they always go out of their way to make sure everything is handled smoothly and efficiently. The level of service is consistently outstanding. You’re always greeted with a friendly attitude, and they take the time to make sure you understand your options without ever making you feel rushed. It’s rare to find a place where the customer experience is this reliable and positive every single time. If you’re in the area and need postal services, this is absolutely the place to go. A real credit to the community.

  I am disappointed with the service I received at this Post Office branch today. I visited to return five Amazon packages, all with valid QR codes. The staff refused to accept them, claiming the QR codes did not work for over a year, without offering any real assistance or attempting to resolve the issue properly. When I politely asked for clarification on the policy or where it states that such returns cannot be accepted, I was not given a clear answer. What was even more concerning was the attitude of the staff. The cashier was rude and refused to provide her name when asked. Another staff member, who claimed to be the owner shake the hands( like go away), also refused to identify himself and handled the situation in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy, transparency, and willingness to help — none of which were demonstrated during this visit. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I would appreciate this matter being looked into, and for appropriate action to be taken to ensure other customers are treated with respect and given proper assistance.
