I had an awful experience at this location. I politely asked a woman if I could pass through to write my address on a letter, but she barged into me, knocking me to the side. I told her I was pregnant and that her actions weren’t okay. Her response? “Oh well, I’ve got a bad back.”
I would’ve moved if she had asked, but her behavior was rude and inconsiderate. The server sided with her, probably because she’s a local, and claimed she was first (I wasn’t even trying to go in front, just simply write my address’s in the designated area) completely ignoring my side of the story. It’s not his job to take sides or dismiss my concerns.
Everyone deserves respect, and I don’t expect to be pushed into the wooden side at 36 weeks pregnant because of someone’s complete rudeness and lack of common decency. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this post office. The level of service i received was terrible.

Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service from Simon bought jellycats from him and because I wanted to buy more hes been snooping on my Facebook and seen i was selling a jellycat for my friend the same as the one I bought from him. Which shouldn't matter anyway once you buy something from someone its then yours to do what you like with to then be slandered online and refused my custom in the future. It is disgusting how you can treat a paying customer in this way i pay just like anyone else. Please be careful as hes snooping on your social medias. Thought he was a nice guy something very sinister
