They do now want to provide the post office service it’s clearly a burden to them so they treat you with no respect. I was behind a man being served in the queue behind the post office counter them two people entered the shop. She finished serving the person infront of me then went and served the two other customers. When I questioned this she said the post office don’t pay her extra hours so she will leave the post office customers to wait regardless if it was there turn to serve her store customers. If she is unhappy with the pay why is she doing it. I’m sure the post office aren’t forcing her to provide their services!

On top of her regular rudness I witnessed today how She blamed her own stupid mistakes on costumers refised to correct it and leaving the poor cotumer out of money for gas as she mistakenly topped up the electricity with the gas money and vica versa . Being unpleasant is one thing. This failure is a whole nother level . Never ever I will visit this brach again till she is the one who serves
